Answer: - India issued Birth Certificate Apostille in India can be done by two process.
Process 01
1. Attest from State Level Home Department by yourself / General Administration Department (GAD) / Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM)
2. Apostille by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
Documents Requirement: -
i. Original Birth Certificate which to be Apostille.
ii. Passport photocopy (1st, last & passport officer signed page) of document holder.
Time Requirement for this process MEA Apostille: -
Two (2) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)
